 Top Destination Wedding Planners provides a curated introduction service, connecting users with independent destination wedding planners.

We assist in recommending planners based on the details you provide.

We do not:

• Offer wedding planning services directly
• Act as an agent, representative, or manager of any planner
• Participate in contracting, pricing, negotiation, or execution of wedding events

Our role ends once an introduction has been made.

2. No Obligation to Contract
 You are under no obligation to hire any planner introduced through our platform.

Likewise, planners have full discretion to accept or decline new clients.

We do not guarantee:

• Planner availability
• Event dates
• Budget fit
• A successful match
   

3. User Responsibilities
 By submitting an inquiry, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You are legally able to enter agreements with service providers
• You will communicate respectfully and professionally with planners

Misuse of the service may result in restricted access.

4. Planner Relationships
 Any communication, proposal, contract, terms of engagement, service delivery, or payments that occur after an introduction is made are solely between you and the planner.

We are not a party to those interactions.

5. Fees
 Our introduction service may be free for users.

However, planners may compensate us for referrals or collaboration.

This does not affect your pricing, proposal, or negotiation in any way.

6. No Professional or Legal Advice
 Information provided through this website is for general guidance only and should not be considered:

• Financial advice
• Contractual advice 

You are responsible for reviewing any planner agreements independently.

7. Suspension or Withdrawal of Service
 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

We may deny access to users who:

• Provide misleading information
• Act abusively
• Attempt to misuse the service
   

8. Liability
 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Planner performance or service outcomes
• Event delays, damages, cancellations, or disputes
